1 Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or registering on the uukk website and services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To participate on uukk, you must be at least 21 years old. Only those aged 21 or above are entitled to use this platform's services. uukk strictly prohibits minors from registering an account or playing, and any such account will be terminated immediately.

2.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• You are responsible for keeping your account username and password completely confidential.
• You are accountable for all activities carried out from your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If any of your details need to be changed, notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at uukk is ৳100, applicable to all payment methods. We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

All deposited funds are secured through SSL encryption technology. Deposits must come from your own account — third-party funds are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes. Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure:

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

uukk offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: to withdraw winnings from a ৳1,200 bonus, you need to place ৳24,000 in bets.

• Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• In case of a breach of terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

uukk provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is announced. uukk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

uukk's VIP program has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and activity on the platform:

• Bronze: Enjoy up to 0.2% cashback weekly.
• Silver: Enjoy up to 0.5% cashback weekly.
• Gold: Enjoy up to 0.8% cashback weekly.
• Platinum: Enjoy up to 1.0% cashback weekly along with exclusive benefits.

Final decisions regarding VIP benefits are made by uukk. VIP tier benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.

6 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uukk platform:

• Fraud, cheating, or playing by dishonest means.
• Using software bots or automated methods to operate games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account through a third party.

6.2 Consequences

If any of the above activities are detected, uukk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit any deposited and won funds.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Terms

All bets are considered final once confirmed. If a technical error produces an abnormal result, uukk reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.

7.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, you must follow uukk's designated betting rules. In the event of a dispute regarding match results, uukk's decision shall be considered final.

7.3 Live Casino

When participating in live casino games, the individual rules of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.) may also apply. If the internet connection is lost, the ongoing game will end automatically and the result will be confirmed.
